Fest Anča je medzinárodný festival animovaných filmov, ktorý sa odohrá 1. – 3. júla 2011 v nezávislom kultúrnom centre Stanica Žilina-Záriečie. Toto multimediálne open-air podujatie určené predovšetkým rozhľadeným mladým ľuďom už tradične ponúkne výber z progresívnych slovenských a zahraničných animovaných filmov. Predstaví súčasné hviezdy animovaného filmu, ale aj nové trendy v motion grafike, dizajne a počítačovej grafike. Večery spríjemnia koncerty The Autumnist (SK), Kazety (CZ) a párty. Nezabudnite, že festival prináša jedinečnú možnosť vidieť svetové, ocenené tituly v slovenskej premiére!
Rozhodne by ste si nemali nechať ujsť rôznorodé workshopy, prednášky a divácku súťaž Animation karaoke battle, v ktorej môže ktokoľvek z vás vyhrať zaujímavé ceny. Jednou z nich je aj mikina Zmrzka z dielne Puojdu.
Súťaž je hi-fi verziou slam poetry a je otvorená komukoľvek, kto sa nebojí pustiť uzdu svojej fantázie a získať divácku priazeň. Vyhrá najkreatívnejší, najpútavejší či najvtipnejší živý komentár k náhodne vybranej sekvencii z animovaného filmu.

Fest Anča is an international festival of animation that takes place between 1st and 3rd July 2011 in the independent cultural centre Stanica Žilina-Záriečie. This multimedia open-air event aimed mainly for open-minded young people will offer a manifold selection of progressive Slovak and foreign animated films. It will present contemporary stars of animated film and new trends in motion graphics, design and computer graphics. It also offers a possibility to spend two pleasant evenings at the concerts of the bands The Autumnist (SK) and Kazety (CZ) and at the parties that will take place afterwards.
But above all, the festival brings a unique opportunity to see award-winning films from all over the world in their Slovak premieres!
There will be many things you certainly should not miss: workshops, lectures, or the viewers` competition Animation Karaoke Battle, where the competitors can win attractive prizes. One of them is the sweatshirt Icecream by Puojd.
The competition is a hi-fi version of slam poetry and it is open to anyone who is not afraid to free his mind and creativity and compete to win the audience`s affection. The one who will present the most creative, the most intriguing or the funniest live dubbing of a randomly chosen sequence of an animated film will be the winner.
